“I deliver to the Forum several times a week and always get to interact with the residents and staff. Staff is always accommodating and the residents are friendly. I especially am wowed by their happy hour every Friday—everyone seems to be having such a good time, I wish I could join them!
I’ve had several surgeries and went to Forum this last time. It was the best physical therapy I’ve ever received. I was impressed with the people. They work the entire time. There is no standing around and you can tell they care about each patient. They were all great!
I have checked out several retirement apartments and have lived in another senior community for over 2 years. I moved to The Forum 3 months ago and am very pleased with my apartment. It is very spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are lots of activities and exercise classes. The food is great! The residents are very friendly and I have made lots of new friends. I am really glad I moved in to The Forum at the Crossing!
Incredible experience for my mother! She was living in the independent care side but then needed rehab help and finally hospice care. The staff on both sides were caring, very professional and extremely sympathetic. Highly recommend this facility.
First impressions very important when entering as a resident or visitor. The environment very well maintained & color interior is light and airy. Flowers at entrance just lovely. Not hospital like at all. Mr. Tracy and Ms. Antwaina and Ms. Carolyn all very accommodating. Staff very friendly plus professional. Met my relative dining in beautiful sunny area. Her meal looked very tasty. Clean & comfortable. I would definitely keep this place on my list for myself or my Dad. I am so delighted my relative is here even if it is just for a few days. I know she is well taken care of during her stay. Truly a blessing. Dee
We lost my husband's mother this year, but her last year at the Forum was wonderful. After she left her home of 43 years, we worried it would be hard to adjust. Instead, she thrived! She made new friends but loved having her church members come for meals. She loved being a hostess and sharing time with new and old friends. When she took a turn, they treated her with love and dignity in the health center. Forum could not have provided a better situation. This was the perfect choice for our family.
My mother-in-law had a difficult time moving from her home and the city she had lived many years. She ended up loving it & shared “she wished she had moved sooner to The Forum”. Everyone has been so caring to my mother-in-law from the staff in the dining room to the aides that assisted her day in & day out. As a family all of us would highly recommend The Forum, a wonderful community for your love ones.
The Forum at the Crossing is a top notch community. They provide all services across the board and have the best staff! From their dining to their skilled nursing....5 star, hands down! Wonderful, warm and friendly atmosphere!
Had my eye on this place for years. Looking forward to moving my parents in for activities, great food and friendly staff. If you visit be sure to check out the beautiful outside areas and gardening options.
My parents could not have picked a better place! They've made lots of new friends and have both gained renewed interest in hobbies. I truly believe the staff cares greatly for residents. Several of them have become friends of my family. If you need a safe, happy place for seniors the Forum cannot be topped! JJ
Very elegant and upscale senior community. The Executive Director is well versed in proper management and oversight of this community. The food is phenominal and prepared by an experienced chef which does a fantastic job leading the Dietary team. I highly recommend this community for your loved one.
Great Facility and loving staff as well as residents. Very home like feeling
Forum at the Crossing is truly a five star Community! Several of the nurses on the skilled side and in memory care have been there for 15 to 20 years plus. That is so rare to find! They truly care about their patients like family. On the Independent living side, the residents are so friendly and the resident services team is great at planning activities and events and bringing in quality programming and entertainment for the residents to enjoy!
We have been living here for 1 1/2 years. The dining and apartment's are for sure, 5 STAR. Come in and check it out.
This is a top notch senior facility. They have everything on site (doctors, rehab, salon, restaurant, etc). Residents do not have to leave the building for anything. It is also very clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. The residents are well cared for.
