Nice that it can be free with HIP or Medicaid insurance now! Be early because it's ALWAYS busy.

It can be helpful, and life changing if you have the right counselor and staff backing you. Otherwise you are on your own. I feel most groups are worthless. Led by counselors who know nothing about addiction or mental illness, except what they were taught from a book. If you follow state guidelines, groups, one on ones, clean screens you can get in and out with no problems.

I would recommend this place for anybody who wants to get and stay clean. If u can handle the withdrawals of whatever your drug of choice is then I say kick the habit cold turkey. If u can't handle the withdrawals like most of us can't or handle the cravings this is the place to control those things and be able to function normally again. If used right this is a great program and u don't have to be sick anymore. Methadone has gotten a bad reputation over the years because some people don't work the program and choose to keep getting high. Some think it's a replacement drug. It is and it isn't. It's meant for getting stable, getting your life back right then slowly weaning off. But some people need it for long periods of time for pain control and maintenance so they don't go back to using and many other reasons. The point I'm trying to make is its a great program and each individual has different treatment plans. All in all its a better alternative than being out in the streets using whatever drug is your choice to get high on. This is given daily by a nurse and monitored very closely so people dont overdose.

I recommend this clinic to anyone. My brother and me started guest doseing here this morning and staff was extremely nice, helpful, and courteous. We walked in soon as getting here and met with the C.O.D. and filled out the guest dose paperwork and then we paid and dosed. This made our trip worth it and we are staying thru Tuesday then heading home to Alabama. We are going to the indy 500 Sunday and thankful we get our medication just luke we are home. Back home we are small with one doseing window here there are 12 private Windows. Alot of patients but line moves really quick for the number of people. Not all 12 windows where open but I was told its a new construction and they are just starting phase 2 of new construction. I will write another review when we leave Tuesday. Thanks and God Bless You ALL!! #ThaBellBrothers

This place will save your life if you let it. The staff is caring, kind, and treat you fair. Its those who dont wanna follow the rules that make it a bad place. They provide the tools needed to make recovery possible. Its up to the individual to use that and make it happen.

This place saved my life if you do the requirements go to your groups meet with your counselor pass your drug screens you'll get take homes you don't have to stay on the Saturday line do what you have to do it's so simple as one group per month do what you need to do and you'll have positive results don't listen to the line doctors listen to people in the take-home Line This Place saved my life and I would recommend it to anybody who is a year after year after year after year user like I was. Now 2018 Better facility.. Clean and now has 12 Windows... Less wait time... A wonderful facility.if u do what your supposed to. I don't recommend methadone. The withdrawals are worse than heroin and its very hard to come off if. Stay as low on ur dose as ur bady can stand. Try suboxone or subutex first.... Please

Awesome facility for someone wanting to get clean. The guy that does the drug screening is awesome, as long as you don’t try and pull some BS. Marquita and Dee Dee are 2 amazing nurses. The Doctor I saw was great as well. Don’t listen to all the fools on here that bash this place. If you want to be an adult and get clean, this place will help. The people that bash this place are the ones that fail their random drug screenings and still want “take home” medication. I walk in, I pay and I get my meds. Don’t listen to anything you hear in that medication line if you become a patient. Also, if you’re on Suboxone, you have your own door/line and don’t have to stand in the long methadone line. The young lady at the suboxone window is also great, as well as the lady that takes payments. Great place.

Where do I began. I had a amazing counselor. The lines r long. I don't agree with parking on the street then at 15 till 5 then you can pull on the lot. Ppl getting there at 9pm the night before is ridiculous cause they want to be first in line. Over all it is a ok place.

Since they started all the new changes it has become a lot better to be a patient there. All of the services that they now offer are awesome and they actually treat you like a human being and not some lowlife off the street from a gutter! I would recommend this to anybody including family friends and loved ones!

Ok so I was a patient there for many many years the way things are ran up there was he'll ok but there are some very good people that work there that I happen to think the world of but there are also a few I would have at 1 time liked to hit in the face with a shovel but I'm over that I will say this if you are just on pain pills please don't go there I spent so many years there because methadone is harder to get off of than anything but if you do go be good to at least Sarah and Emily I love them

I've been attending I.T.C since 2010. I have critic pain and was addicted to pain killers. At 1st I DID NT want to go here. I had my baby sister telling me that I really needed to go here or else I was gonna die!!!! My sister was already a patient here and they had helped her tremendously!! So, I finally let her talk me into going. Then, 2yrs later (2012) my baby sister, my best friend, my sidekick, passed away frm DRUGS!!!!😢 She was doin SO well and we were just getting our lives back on track. I just want to say, I.T.C. WILL HELP U IF U WANT HELP!!!!!

This place saves lives. Yes I don't agree with having to park out on the rd and pulling on the LOT 15 mins till it opens. The line don't bother me. I have learned to tune out ppl and there bs drama. We r adults and u would think that this line was a bunch of middle schoolers. Sometimes it takes longer to get dosed then other days. But what can u do about it. NOTHING. I transferred from South Bend, Indiana. If you r ready to get clean. Come to this place. Yes it is 16 bucks a day. Think bout it. How much are or was spending in 1 day to get high. This is the cheap route. Good luck

It works if you work it! If you are serious and dedicated to your recovery then itc is a great place.

  5.0   5 years ago

We can't speak highly enough of ITC. We had reached a fork in the road...seek help or watch each other die! Yes, it's that scary and serious. After just over a year both our lives have made such a turn around. It's not easy and there is hard work and some serious soul searching involved, but if you put 110% in, you'll get 150% out. The nurses and counselors are in it for YOU! Do it! You'll be glad you did! And special shout outs to Helen, Jenn, Ebony, Gena, Marshall, Dr S, Dominique, Matt and several others whose names slip my mind. Thanks for the love!

Very thankful for this clinic but it is overcrowd, and the like handful of the staff just dont care. Remember this is a commercial treatment center so its only there for profit. Unlike m o st clinics that have to be affiliated with a hospital. I will say the Dr., dr segal and the supervisor, Jamie are both fantastic at what t hey do there.

Its all what you make of it, yes it needs improvements and they should pay the staff better, but id be dead or in jail if it wasnt for this place, it saved my life, if you want to get get help and get better you have to work for it, no one ever said recovery was gonna be easy

Never and issue and very polite staff sure beat the hell outta the alternative

The biggest thing that we, the patients of ITC and review-givers here, have in common is a history of making bad decisions. One thing that we do NOT all have in common is the use of lame excuses to justify our bad behaviors, and as a consequence, our failures. In treatment, you get back what you put into it. When a rational person hears, "It costs too much for treatment..." they laugh, because they know that it costs much more to stay high. When that same rational person hears all of the whining in line or online, they know that it mostly comes from people who ooze a sense of entitlement often found in those who still believe that they are the only special snowflakes left on Earth. This place saved my life and countless other lives. It's not a perfect place but we're not perfect people, so that means the only thing that is truly perfect is the fit. If you're an opiate addict who wants to get help, this place could be the perfect fit for you.

this place saved my life. yes there's usually a long wait, wish it was cheaper, and have had minimal issues with the staff but it's better than sticking needles in my arm. the positives strongly outweigh the negative s in this case.
